Revert "[lldb][DWARFASTParserClang] Fetch constant value from variable defintion if available (#71004)"

This reverts commit ef3febadf6.

This caused an LLDB test failure on Linux for `lang/cpp/symbols/TestSymbols.test_dwo`:
