Jan Svoboda e721bc9eff [clang][cli] Generate and round-trip CodeGen options
This patch implements generation of remaining codegen options and tests it by performing parse-generate-parse round trip.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
