Rafael Espindola 1c2baad6dd Revert "Simplify a variable type by using StringRef instead of CachedHashStringRef."

This reverts commit r303787.

It caused a slowdown in fast links. That is, links with no debug info
or optimizations.

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the LLVM Linker, a modular cross platform linker which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.
