Alkis Evlogimenos 8faf8d93d5 Eliminate some extraneous code in SlotCalculator::insertVal().
Rename SlotCalculator::getValSlot() to SlotCalculator::getSlot(),
       SlotCalculator::insertValue() to SlotCalculator::getOrCreateSlot(),
       SlotCalculator::insertVal() to SlotCalculator::insertValue(), and
       SlotCalculator::doInsertVal() to SlotCalculator::doInsertValue().
