Overhaul the megathread ( #26 )

* Overhaul the megathread
- Fixed (use https when possible and replace old links by the new ones) and shortened (removed the "index.php", "index.html" and the slash from many) links
- Fixed typos (for example, "Mobilisim". when it should be "Mobilism")
- Improved the consistency of the descriptions (some had "For X games", while others had "X games". All have "For X games" now)
- Removed sources that either no longer work or are unnecessary (if you want to see why I kept only FastForward and uBlock Origin in the "Useful Extensions" section: https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/wiki/4.1-Extensions )
