Add new simpler r_reg api r_reg_getv()
Store library offset in dyldcache xtract info
Accessible via rabin2 -A or r2 <file>
Looks like dyldcache is too slow and buggy for latest caches
Fix indentation in branch comments
By default is 2, but PE which is 4
Sort rabin2 -h flags alphabetically
