- use hacky 'waitfordeps.sh' helper script
  - speed up the build process
* Do not build libr2.so by default
  - Do not generate library archives (.a)
  - Fix build dependencies in vm/p/plugins.h
* Added --with-nonpic
  - Enable the .a generation
