pancake dc2690e529 Support get/set introspection in 'pf' and handle scr.stride in px
Rename pf$ to pf.
Add support for introspecting and setting named pf fields
Introspection supports get and set
Add scr.stride property for 'px'
Initial work on slist
Add judy arrays implementation (not integrated)
