pancake e5b6d1582b * Add 'install-vapi' target in libr/Makefile
* Fix linking of r_core (r_bin not found)
* Lot of fixes for valaswig. libr, r_io and r_debug
  are now usable from python/perl/ruby
  - Fix many .vapi files
  - Enhace the libr.pc
  - r_hash.deps must be removed
  - Depends on valaswig-head
