- Rewrite sanitize_type_for_mdx to collapse Callable/Literal/Coroutine and
  nested Optional[Union[...]] while preserving simple generics
- Make escape_mdx selectively escape unknown <tag>/{expr} while preserving
  valid Mintlify components and wrapping docstring code examples
- Auto-simplify complex nested types in escape_for_table
- Add validate_docs_json_structure and module-level VALID_MDX_TAGS
- Add missing hooks/mcp/policy icons to ICON_MAP
- Add scripts/generate_reference_docs.py shim (stdlib-only) so both test
  suites resolve the canonical generator implementation

tests/test_mdx_escaping.py: 7/7 pass; scripts/tests/test_mdx_escaping.py: 24/24 pass
