* fix: remove dead private methods in core SDK (fixes#2293)
Remove three unreferenced private methods:
- Agent._create_subagent (agent.py)
- LLM._try_parse_tool_call_json (llm.py)
- LLM._prepare_response_logging (llm.py)
Update the two example files that called _create_subagent to build the
subagent inline via the public get_profile API, preserving behaviour.
No public symbol, signature, or runtime behaviour changes.
