praisonai-triage-agent[bot]andMervinPraison 98701ee2a5 fix: make Terminal-Bench/Harbor integration runnable + benchmark praisonai code (fixes #3268) ...

Repairs the examples/terminal_bench/ Harbor adapters (external/wrapper/
installed), adds a headline praisonai_code_agent that drives `praisonai code`
headlessly, rewrites job configs to the real Harbor JobConfig schema for
Terminal-Bench 2.1, adds packaging __init__.py files, rewrites the tests to
skip only when Harbor is truly absent, and adds a manual-dispatch smoke
workflow + RESULTS.md. Examples/CI layer only — no SDK changes.
