MervinPraison 7f41bcbd9c fix(ci): skip SDK job store test when praisonai missing 
find_spec(\"praisonai.jobs\") raises ModuleNotFoundError when the parent
package is absent, aborting pytest collection. Catch that and skip.
Also add claude-code-action and restore it after PR checkout for merge gate.
