How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (remote machine)

What happened?

When you create a user and set them to be manager, they can see Agent Skills. This should not be visible. When you click on it, you will not be allowed to see the page.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Create a user that is a manager. Click on the wrench at the bottom left of the page. You will see Agent Skills.
