How are you running AnythingLLM?

AnythingLLM desktop app

What happened?

Sometimes I encounter this error even though my internet connection is perfectly fine, but the issue still occurs frequently.

Additionally, when I try to refresh the app by clicking another menu in hopes that the UI will reload, I find that none of the menus are responsive. Eventually, I tried clicking the "Open settings" button, and it shows a loading icon, as you can see.

This is clearly a bug related to an API connection issue. I hope this problem gets resolved soon.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Initially, from the second image where the UI is frozen, you can try disconnecting the internet while the message response is active, and you will see it. However, this isn't an internet issue; I believe it might be related to the API. But you can try it this way. For the problem in the first image, you will need to check again yourself to determine the cause.
