Description

This PR updates the devcontainer GitHub code spaces setup documentation to reflect that the server will automatically configure its port to be publicly accessible by default. The original text instructed users to manually adjust the port visibility, which is now unnecessary.

The updated text emphasizes that the server requires a public port and provides instructions on how to troubleshoot if issues arise.
