How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

Logs:
[backend] info: [AgentHandler] [debug]: @agent is attempting to call web-browsing tool
[backend] info: [AgentHandler] web-browsing: Google Search Error: fetch failed

Is web browsing behind the network proxy？After this error, the answer to my question will not be displayed, and I will need to re-enter the menu on the left to see the answer.

Google Search Error: fetch failed

This is because your API key or CTX engine ID is incorrect, that is the primary reason for this to not function aside from client side blocking (if applicable)
