How are you running AnythingLLM?

AnythingLLM desktop app , ollama+deepseek r1:14b

What happened?

I'm using latest AnythingLLM Version 1.7.4 on a Win Home 11

today I tried to upload a file< PDF > files(15MB)to my workspace , then tips: fetch failed.

what did i do something

one ,i rstart ollama /deepseek/anythingllm

two ,restory configration to default configrationg

The issue remains

now i have no ideal for next

This error likely is occurring from some system limitation as opposed to a bug or issue in the code.
