How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

At the end of a full day's use, I began to receive the error:

This occurred regardless of what I was submitting to the application. The workspace was set to use Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 3.7 (latest). I checked the Anthropic console to make sure that I had enough credit to use the service (such was the case).

Just on a lark, I decided to attempt it in a different browser (vanilla Firefox) and it worked (that is, the error no longer appeared). The error occurred in ungoogled-chromium

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Looks like this was an issue with Anthropic API a few hours ago and seems to be resolved now.
