How are you running AnythingLLM?

AnythingLLM desktop app

What happened?

When I start the.exe file, the process loads and then terminates immediately. Later I try to run the.exe file on cmd and the following message is displayed

Are there known steps to reproduce?

I think it should be a client side problem, but I can't solve it anyway, what is the reason for this problem, thank you

It works on my laptop, but not on my desktop, but the laptop is poorly configured, it is kernel display, and the desktop is unique Rtx4060
