What would you like to see?

Currently, when uploading documents to embed them in a workspace, the status disappears after a few seconds. This is fine if the upload is successful, but confusing if the upload fails.
Suggestion: Give the user a list of failed uploads to troubleshoot.

Adding a screenshot for clarification. I am referring to this blue box
