How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

As a user, when I click "New x" on any table page, I expect to see that information automatically populated on to the table without me having to reload the page to see the row after dismissing the confirmation modal.

This is the case on Api Keys, but should be checked on other pages where there is a "new" button on any table page.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Create new API key under Tools/Developer API page. When generated, the API key does not show in the table until the user refreshes the page.
