What would you like to see?

Currently, the only way to disable telemetry collection is via the environmental variable DISABLE_TELEMETRY=true. It'd be appreciated if telemetry could be disabled via the Instance Settings UI.

It already exists, on the settings sidebar > Privacy & Data. It has been there since...I think forever?
