how to deploy the application code using docker so total 3 container will spinned up

  1. frontend
  2. server
  3. collector

so that i want to deploy this on instance with ip address a.b.c.d.

please help me with this, it is so helpful for me

That is not what docker is for in this case. Docker runs the whole application in a single container - that is what it is for.
