How are you running AnythingLLM?

What happened?

Im using baremetal deployment and was successfully setup everything. it works with normal chat. however, i got error when uploading file in production mode of Collector service. i already set the storage directory. But it work well on development mode.

{"success":false,"error":"Response could not be completed"}

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Do you have any logs? You should be getting logs from each service in baremetal also please consider the warning at the top of that doc. There are so many variables or issues you could have that would be a huge time sink for us to support every query
