What happened?

User cant be added to workspace

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Create workspace
Create user
Go to workspaces users
Empty list with or w/o search with available to add users

Additionally, what type role of user did you add and want to assign to a workspace?

This is working as desired. Managers can see all workspace - this is in the role description. They need to be able to see workspaces to manage them.

As an admin I can see all workspaces:
