What happened?

this scroll bar is ineffective since it does not give an idea of where we are at the chat. Probably a smaller length scroll bar would have been much more effective.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Open Settings > Customization > Chat > Show Scrollbar - enable
It is hidden by default
