What would you like to see?

Originally from #4834

As a user, when I establish a valid SQL connection, I should be able to click on an existing connection and edit its specific connection with the same validations and config.

Clicking on a connection should show it's modal with prefilled fields that can then be edited. This connection will then be validated and updated in-place on save.
