Description

The copyright year in README.md currently shows:

Copyright © 2025 Mintplex Labs.

Since we are now in 2026, this appears to be outdated.

Suggested Change

Update the year to 2026 (or use a dynamic year format if preferred).

Additional Context

This is a small documentation fix and could be a good first issue for beginners.
