What is in this change?

Add full streaming support alongside synchronous chat to workspace API for both query and chat mode for all supported LLM providers.

Additional Information

Data is sent back as text/event-stream as this appears to be the standard for how to consume SSE on a frontend.

  • Relevant documentation has been updated
  • I have tested my code functionality
  • Docker build succeeds locally
