Multilingual - yes. We just need to i18n the entire application which is not a trivial task at this time.
Color settings - the most we have currently planned is support for a light theme. The reason we would likely not address "custom" colors is because we cannot design for the use case of every theme.

If we do go the "multi-color" route it will be pre-set palettes of colors, at best. No custom definitions since it will likely clash or product contrast issues in multiple areas of the application.
