What would you like to see?

Feature to allow users to add their own 3rd party API keys for LLM, Embedding, and Vector DBs.
Let administrators optionally restrict the use of the main system 3rd party API keys to users so users would have to supply their own keys.
I could see the potential for a new user type to allow this feature.

Optionally allow administrator to assign 3rd Party API keys to users/managers that overrides the main system key.
