What is in this change?

  • Modify scroll behavior to act more like ChatGPT/Claude UI
  • If user scrolls up during message streaming, auto scroll stops unless user scrolls back down to bottom
  • Added █ as a cursor to the end of messages that are streaming to feel more natural

Additional Information

  • Tested with agents to make sure it does not interfere

  • I ran yarn lint from the root of the repo & committed changes
  • Relevant documentation has been updated
  • I have tested my code functionality
  • Docker build succeeds locally
