What would you like to see?

Below are some ideas of improvements you might add:

  • Ability to add an icon to the workspace chatbot (now you can only add an icon at the user level, but not at the chatbot level):

  • Very useful miscellaneous integrations:
    Zapier: Send your contacts to Zapier and connect them to more than 1000 apps.
    WhatsApp: Connect to your WhatsApp Business account.
    WooCommerce: Connect to your WooCommerce store.
    n8n,
    etc

  • Ability to collect leads: so before I can start talking to the chatbot enter certain fields that I want to save (first name, last name, email, etc)

  • It would be very very useful to integrate it with image generation: so maybe through a certain command I ask to generate a picture (using dall-e or midjourney which is even better).

Lead gen idea is interesting but I'm not sure I understand the use case as that sounds awfully specific (and may be best to be done with a custom intergration/development via API)

For example, it could be useful to collect user information to generate reports.
Or to personalize experiences.
Or even to integrate it with third party where maybe to identify the user you need their email etc.

Closing as stale now, most of the issues here have been addressed or are specific/niche to this ticket and we have not see subsequent demand for the product for those features or suggestions
