What is in this change?

  • Patch race condition where in docker, on first startup the tokenizer is not finished initializing before calling on it if chatting concurrently
  • Add check to wait and ensure transformers, model, and tokenizer are all initialized before proceeding
  • Add initializationPromise to keep track of initialization state
