What is in this change?

  • Add support for ENV setting of OLLAMA_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT, a ms value for max time for ollama REST request to complete.
  • This will override the default fetch of 5 minutes
  • This does basic validation with logging for debug.
  • Omitting this ENV assumes regular behavior and should have no impact.
