What is in this change?

  • Added rendering syntax highlight for svelte language.

Additional Information

  • Adds new place to register syntax highlighters per language in frontend/src/utils/chat/hljs-libraries so we dont wind up with a ton of dependencies

  • Relevant documentation has been updated
  • I have tested my code functionality
  • Docker build succeeds locally
