How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

If you choose many documents to be uploaded. Some of the documents are not uploaded and show error. The files are being uploaded simultaneously and not one by one.

Hm, that is odd as concurrency is not an issue. Going to close for now since it cannot be reproduced and will just use this issue as evident history. Unless we can consistently replicate this issue will be very hard to trace
