What would you like to see?

Please add remote mcp server support for docker AnythingLLM.

This was asked about in #3766, but not really addressed there before it was closed.
These issues (also closed) are related:

Companies have remote mcp server endpoints (spun up and managed by central IT - more robust to scale and manage), and it would be amazing to be able to support connecting to these from the docker version, which also supports teams (and a more full config). It can be very inefficient to require spin up/setup of local mcp servers per docker instance, running on the same machine.
