What would you like to see?

As i dev, I often run microservices on my machine locally. Some of these services run using TCP port 8888 and as they are part of a large project, I cannot change this port.

I would like to change the listening port in the AnythingLLM UI so that it does not also run on port 8888 and conflict. As this is a chatbot, part of the use case is to be able to leave it running in the background and having to manage which port it is running on is not ideal.
