What would you like to see?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Yes. In multi-user Docker/Cloud deployments, contributors cannot upload documents to their assigned workspaces without full Admin access. This creates a manual bottleneck for the Admin.

Describe the solution you'd like: Introduce a granular permission setting that allows Admins to grant "Upload & Embed" rights to specific users for specific workspaces only.

Describe alternatives you've considered: Currently, the only alternative is granting full Admin access to all contributors, which is a security and governance risk for a Federated Architecture.

Additional Context:

We are a team of 10+ contributors using AnythingLLM for organization-wide RAG. This feature would allow our "FlowsBros" to manage their own project documentation independently.
