I can't tell if this is intentional or a bug.

1.12.0 docker version does not display Channels. Desktop version does though.

The Telegram bot does exist in 1.12.0. You are likely in multi-user mode and since we do not support Telegram in multi-user that is likely why you cannot see it.

Says it on the docs page: https://docs.anythingllm.com/channels/telegram#setup

This is because there is no (and unclear) limitations around who/what can use the TG bot since multiple people could be using the same bot
