How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

i use the search bar, the result modal opens and hides elements below the search bar (ie workspace settings)
i expect the result modal to squeeze in between the search bar and subsequent menu content, instead hiding subsequent menu content.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

use the search bar with any term

LLM Provider & Model (if applicable)

Embedder Provider & Model (if applicable)

That is the intended UI, it is a top-level element so you can click on results. If you are searching the intention is quick access. If you dont want to see the results you would just press escape to blur the input hiding it.
