What happened?

When i am an admin and on an empty workspace, the default window with no history says "To get started upload a document, or send a chat" which links to the upload modal. This is intended for a quick UI for admin/manager to be able to upload from empty workspaces.

This link however still appears for default role users and while it is broken and does nothing, it should not even be shown to the user on an empty workspace.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Add default to the workspace and view empty workspace with no chat history. See text is visible, but broken
