1,I require the capability to programmatically create, enable/disable, and delete embedded chat functionalities, rather than utilizing the Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) for these operations.

2,I am looking for a way to programmatically create, delete, and reset threads without the need to interact with the Web Graphical User Interface (GUI). Could you please confirm if these features are available?

  1. What platform? Desktop or Docker
  2. Please do not ping the core team directly - we see every issue!
  3. The API exists in both platforms, we may just need to extend the functionality for threads is all

I don't know how viable you see the possibility of having this api method of sending the user (not impersonalice), or being able to create threads from the API, in order to have some indicator of those conversations and be able to send chat messages to the same thread

We really appreciate any effort you can make regarding the threads from api.
