How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

The GitHub access token should be saved after the user enters it. Right now, we have to enter it every time we provide a GH link.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Yes, because they should be expired and be short-lived and purpose-use for the repo collection. They are intentionally not saved.
