How are you running AnythingLLM?

What happened?

When using the agent feature with OpenAI and your key is invalid or even rate limited the agent should report this back or stop the agent flow fully.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

@agent a workspace and have Openai as the agent provider with an invalid API key.
