How are you running AnythingLLM?

What happened?

On Railway instance.

When making serial tasks in the file manager window, old information repeats for new tasks.
For example, starting with removing a current folder or files, the task information states that a number of files are being removed.
In the next step, uploading new files, the information from ALLM is still that the task is removing files (the same number that was removed in the previous step).

Are there known steps to reproduce?
