When dealing with docker, it might be impossible to have your DB and work done locally, but then be able to sync it across instances. Right now this process can be manual, but we should allow people to be able to export and image entire datasets from image to image or instance to instance since it is their data.

This should all be done via the UI and not via script or other third-party tooling.
