Add new page entry on Sidebar > Guides > Channels > Telegram

Laid out something like below with each section filled out. Please add images especially to showcase demos

If you record a screencap or something I can put on web-assets CDN, dont put a video in the public/assets since it will be too large.

-Supported on Docker & Desktop >v1.11.2 (Mac,win,Linux) 

## Setup
- Note this **only** works in single-user mode on Docker.
- Screenshots
- Additional Security measures (no groups for bot, etc)

## Capabilities
- Image understanding
- Voice snippets
- Reply with charts
- Automatic mode support (`@agent` tool calling)
- Synced with workspace

## Limitations
- If you shut down your computer, put it to sleep, etc it wont work until back online
- Anything else we might want to pre-empt to prevent user confusion
